Light falling through deep water, a metaphor for the House 137 held container

The programme

A held arc, not a single event.

Preparation, immersion and 90-day integration. Each phase is designed to support the next — so the retreat is not isolated from the life that comes after it.

How it works

Three phases, one continuous container.

Preparation

01

4–6 weeks before

Once your place is confirmed, you enter a structured preparation phase. You complete confidential screening, digital consent, and a 1:1 assessment with Cheryl. You also begin the preparation modules: understanding the medicine, nervous-system regulation, intention-setting, and what to expect.

  • Clinical screening and psychological assessment
  • Digital consent and safety documentation
  • Preparation modules and reflective prompts
  • 1:1 welcome call with the clinical team

Immersion

02

The retreat week

A small group of women, held in a quiet coastal setting in Portugal. The retreat is built around safety, pacing, and enough structure for the body to stand down. Days include preparation sessions, the medicine experience, integration circles, rest, movement, and shared meals.

  • Six days, five nights in Portugal
  • Small group — usually no more than fourteen
  • Two facilitated psilocybin sessions
  • Daily integration, rest and movement

Integration

03

90 days after

The work continues when you return home. Over the following 90 days you receive daily reflection prompts, guided integration modules, monthly group Zoom calls, and optional 1:1 support. The goal is not to hold the peak experience — it is to let it become part of how you live.

  • 30 daily reflection prompts
  • Monthly integration Zoom calls
  • Optional 1:1 integration sessions
  • Nutrition, movement and sleep guidance
